The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio. DSAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle, from when an offer is made, through to the completion of their studies and graduation. Activities of the Division includes admissions, general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, scholarship management, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students including appeals, grievance, academic misconduct, discipline processes and curriculum management.

The Academic Standards and Quality Office is a highly skilled and dynamic team who support the academic administration activities of the university. The team works across a broad range of areas including program and course accreditation and configuration, policy development and review, regulatory compliance.

We are seeking an experienced administrator, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and who demonstrates good attention to detail to work on the delivery of the University’s government reporting requirements and support the University’s accreditation processes.

The Programs and Courses Officer works with the Senior Reporting Officer under the direction of the Deputy Manager of Programs and Courses. The successful applicant will:

  • Be a good communicator (both oral and written)
  • Be a quick learner
  • Be self-directed and also be able to work well in a team
  • Be able to work full-time
